Tom Brady's Chestnut Hill home has been on the market for about 7 months now. It created quite the buzz back when it was listed causing concerned fans to wonder if this meant the end of his career with the New England Patriots. Tom’s been pretty mum about the whole thing, other than to say we shouldn’t read into it because it takes a long time for a house to sell.
Situated on the 9th hole of The Country Club with just over 5 acres in the Chestnut Hill area of Brookline, Tom's home was professionally designed, built, and decorated in 2015. There are 5 bedrooms (the kids’ rooms have ladders going up to private lofts), 5 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, chef’s kitchen, wine room, gym, spa, outdoor organic vegetable garden, 3 car garage, detached guest house, and swimming pool. If you watched Tom vs Time you saw some parts of this home featured there. At a price tag of $33.9 million (a savings of about $5.6 million from the original list price), I expect this home will be on the market for quite a while. Original photos of the home did not reveal much, and I'm guessing that was due to privacy concerns....or maybe to give Tom and family time to stage for the video tour that was recently released.
